A Moment of Innocent Inappropriateness
Story of my life: As a guest on another church's worship team I had to leave a little early and didn't catch the person who had invited me. I tried to text them to say good bye and also ended up saying "don't be a stranger" and instead, I accidentally wrote "dont bed a stranger". ....while of course they were in church. The kicker? They showed their pastors. OY!!!

Here's the deal - This is the only game I've ever beat - and I'm proud of it. Besides, Super Mario Bros is too hard. ;)

Oh Sarah....
So.... today I tried to acoustify Stavesacre's song "Freefall". I'm not sure I epicly failed. Not sure I even failed. Though... I quit for now. It'd probably sound way better with a cello and a viola. And yes, I know its a crazy thought to try to accomplish. But true artists make things there own right? To re-due a song and give it a totally different musical flavor while still keeping the melody? Hm. It most certainly can be done. Just needs to be done RIGHT. Hehe... oy. Back to my day.

Believers Like McDonalds too!
Sitting in McD's passing time before heading to the dentist from my clients house. I think one of my favorite things to do (when I can) is have a cup of coffee, a good breakfast, and ample time to read and meditate on the scriptures. So sitting here with my coffee and fruit filled oatmeal, a gentleman walks by me sits two tables down across from me and ask me if I'm reading Old or New Testement. We then proceeded to have a thoughtful discussion about the scriptures, its books and their authors and then continued into talking about ministry and what it really looked like for someone not working at a church. He likes to visit many different churches often, and I challenged him to find a group of Christians that he could regularly commune with. Of course I invited him to check out the Vineyard as well!!
I miss having random conversations with strangers about God where ever I go. I tend to want to hide usually. But this morning at my local McDonalds, the Lord reminded me that theres always opportunity. Good word!
